The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEF or CEFR) was put together by the Council of Europe as a way of standardising the levels of language exams in different regions. If there are more than one explanations under each phrase, we choose only the ones underC1 classification. We give the English and Chinese explanations. By referring Cambridge dictionary online and other resource, we collect 2100 Vocabulary for C1 Advanced (CAE). C1 Advanced (CAE) is corresponding with C1 Effective Operational Proficiency under CEFR.
